Roses with Crystal

I made this set-up with the same roses that are in the painting "Backward Glance" (We took pictures and painted from the photos). They were almost dying under the lights but were still beautiful, in that stage. How wondrous God made our world, with  beauty even in a dying flower. Anyway, the intricate crystal with the play of light bouncing here & there was almost enough to boggle the mind, I just had to simplify--same with the puzzle of the rose petals--it is so hard while doing but like child-birth the struggle is forgotten upon completion! lol This painting is available.
