Wow, I apologize for the lousy cropping. I promise I will not paint on an oval canvas again. This was an old canvas that I had painted a long while ago ( 100 years ago) a very ugly painting---so I wanted to paint over it. Since the temperature is in the 20's outside --this was painted from my imagination this weekend--I started painting it yesterday and it was horrible, I got up early this morning with this in my mind and I wiped off what I did yesterday and painted this on it.
